At the Chan Law Firm our team is committed to the people and the interests we serve in our community. To this end all team attorneys devote countless hours in pro bono service to local monthly immigration clinics, community organizations, including the Rocky Mountain Immigrant Advocacy Network (RMIAN), the Colorado Immigrant Rights Coalition (CIRC), the Colorado Lawyers Committee (CLC), and the Denver and Colorado Bar Associations, among many others. We provide monthly free immigration clinics for the Emily Griffith Technical College, to local libraries, and to practically every local pro bono naturalization and know-your-rights presentations.

Our team promotes ethics and professionalism in our field through publishing written materials and through providing information to the public and to attorneys in presentations and classes. We raise awareness for the issues facing our field and community through engagement at executive levels of decision-making bodies in the legal field. We provide pro bono assistance on individual cases.

At the Chan Law Firm we believe that it is both our privilege, and our duty, to advocate for fair and just treatment under the law on behalf of our clients and our community. We are recognized as leaders in community activism and engagement. We are known for providing aggressive representation that holds the government responsible for their actions and forces a just result under the law.
